Bill spearheads customer engagement and business development at SCA, along with providing clients direct support when it comes to his particular areas of expertise.

 

Bill has over 40 years of experience in the mortgage and banking industries, with particular expertise in strategic planning, compliance, enterprise risk management and quality control, loan administration and secondary marketing, portfolio sales and acquisitions, investor relations, project management and systems technology.  Acknowledged as an innovative problem solver and results-oriented contributor to the bottom-line. To his professional capabilities he adds a capacity for hard work and a strong commitment to corporate success.

 

Prior to joining SCA,  Bill served for 17 years as Vice President of Secondary Market Sales for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston. He is a founding member of the Mortgage Advisory Board and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity
