Gregg focuses on legal and regulatory compliance for community financial institutions. He will be spearheading SCA's efforts to help the industry adapt to changing HMDA requirements. Specialties include: HMDA training, policy and procedure review, social media compliance, Reg. Z's originator compensation regulations, Dodd-Frank and CFPB, Reg O, fair lending, and loan servicing, including consumers with Limited English Proficiency. .

Before joining SCA, Gregg's compliance experience included authoring a paper on Obama-era Export Control Reform as a member of BU’s Journal of Science and Technology Law, editing textbooks on FCPA Risk Management and Compliance in Financial Services, and evaluating privacy, anti-corruption, and FDA promotional regulations for a Boston based pharmaceutical company. Gregg also worked as a social media consultant helping clients in various industries on digital and social media intelligence gathering, analysis, and social media marketing.

Gregg is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts. He holds a law degree from Boston University School of Law and graduated from Plymouth State University summa cum laude with a degree in Business Administration.

A native of Camarillo, CA, Gregg has adopted the Northeast as his home and currently resides in Norwood, MA. Go Pats!
