Lance is a “technology-savvy” mortgage professional with over 15 years' experience in processing, closing, funding and post-closing.  Along the way, he has also become the “subject matter expert” on banking systems and lending technology at the different companies he has worked with (both local banks and nationwide lenders). When a new system or software was implemented, he was one of the first to be involved in the training.  He also has experience in training others, and in implementing Systems, Programs, and Policies & Procedures.   Lance has held various loan servicing and closing positions with Eastern Bank, BNY Mellon, Sierra Pacific Mortgage, and The Cooperative Bank.
