Benjamin joins our team as a Legal Specialist on lending regulation and compliance. He will be focusing on upcoming legislation and regulatory impact on the banking industry (CFPB, ATR/QM, Loan Officer Compensation, and other new regulations). We expect his legal expertise will be invaluable to our clients and associates.

Ben is a magna cum laude graduate of the State University of New York, at Potsdam, and recently graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law. In addition to being a legal eagle, Ben has also been recognized by the Boy Scouts of America as an Eagle Scout. He is a newlywed and makes his home in Rochester with his wife Devyn.
