HMDA changes, Mortgage Servicing, Fair Lending, and more!
Yesterday, we at SCA were fortunate enough to be able to present to Southern New England Credit Grantors (www.snecg.org) on the upcoming changes to HMDA, mortgage servicing rules, fair lending, and the CFPB politics. It went really well, I thought we had some good discussion and (I think) everyone left with a lot to think about and plan for.
